Satya

Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Together we created a happy Jerusalem kitchen with love for food and hospitality. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes. We buy our wines from Israeli wineries only. The varied Israeli wine menu has been specially adapted to the restaurant's dishes in addition to the refreshing cocktail menu. Our wide and beautiful balcony overlooks Keren Hayesod Street and the windmill in Mishkanim Sha'anim. The restaurant has a wide, spacious bar and intimate and pleasant seating.

Maalya is a chef kosher meat restaurant in the Jerusalem mountains in Kibbutz Kiryat Anavim, in the new Vineyard Park at the entrance to the Kibbutz. The menu includes dishes with a rich Eastern Mediterranean flavor, fish dishes, and varied meat dishes. Our raw materials are of the highest level, fresh and excellent and arrive every day, and we try to let them "speak for themselves", the service and atmosphere are the main tones we want to focus on in order to offer the most perfect customer experience the restaurant guests have had.

Ima restaurant

A Jerusalem culinary tradition that is renewed every day. We strictly preserve culinary traditions that have almost disappeared. We make Cuba Aleppo - a mixture of meat and pine nuts in a crispy rice shell, Yifrach - vine leaves that we rolled and cooked with fresh lemon and pomegranate concentrate, and Cuba Humusta - sour soup with Cuba stuffed with siska - meat in long cooking, which we wrapped in semolina and jerrish. Every day we make a variety of salads that are all made by hand, alongside casserole dishes that express the creativity and innovation of our kitchen. We invite everyone to enjoy the variety of flavors and aromas that our restaurant curates and the wine menu dedicated to the Jerusalem mountains. The restaurant is strictly kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Avraham Rubin.
