Arianna was created from the desire to bring the wine culture to the Sharon region, to give wine its place at the front of the entertainment and around it to create a complete entertainment experience, from a designed place that is divided into several seating areas from a room for events, to a balcony and a smoking area, for sitting at the bar or sitting at tables for groups. Combined with a seasonal chef's kitchen and a tabon in the center of the space, we came to create an atmosphere that will take our guests to a place of disconnection and connection to enjoy the moment. Kosher Herbert Samuel chef restaurant is the culinary jewel in the crown of the Ritz Carlton Hotel Herzliya. It was born from the meeting of the Mediterranean Sea with the shores of the country, dropped anchor in the Herzliya Marina about a decade ago - and specializes in local chef cuisine with international fusion touches. The restaurant's menu has been based on Israel's local culinary offerings and was inspired by the cuisines of the eastern Mediterranean basin, which are given a personal interpretation by chef Haim Meir Cohen, while giving maximum respect and attention to the excellent raw materials from which the dishes are created. The menu is seasonal and new dishes are created on a regular basis according to the supply of fish and raw materials that arrive at the restaurant.
