Our place is designed inspired by American diners with lots of combinations of wood and vegetation, while our hospitality menu is based on American diner dishes in a menu that is all strictly kosher. We invite you to come and enjoy a colorful culinary experience, with intoxicating aromas, unforgettable flavors in front of the amazing scenery of Jerusalem. Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined. Together we created a happy Jerusalem kitchen with love for food and hospitality. Every day we create a special menu alongside a seasonal and rich menu that includes dishes based on fish, seafood and meat alongside vegetarian and vegan dishes. We buy our wines from Israeli wineries only. The varied Israeli wine menu has been specially adapted to the restaurant's dishes in addition to the refreshing cocktail menu. Our wide and beautiful balcony overlooks Keren Hayesod Street and the windmill in Mishkanim Sha'anim. The restaurant has a wide, spacious bar and intimate and pleasant seating.

A Jerusalem culinary tradition that is renewed every day. We strictly preserve culinary traditions that have almost disappeared. We make Cuba Aleppo - a mixture of meat and pine nuts in a crispy rice shell, Yifrach - vine leaves that we rolled and cooked with fresh lemon and pomegranate concentrate, and Cuba Humusta - sour soup with Cuba stuffed with siska - meat in long cooking, which we wrapped in semolina and jerrish. Every day we make a variety of salads that are all made by hand, alongside casserole dishes that express the creativity and innovation of our kitchen.
