Dragoljub brings recognizable "kafana" tastes, but through the prism of the New Balkan Cuisine concept. The menu includes dishes like slow-cooked veal head in tripe, white kidneys in butter, slow-roasted celery... as well as the cooked dish of the day, and the offer will also include special Balkan dishes that will change frequently. Accompanied by carefully selected local wines and "rakija", which round off the gastronomic experience, the menu and atmosphere represent a kind of homage to the "kafana" as an institution.
