Emek brasserie
In the construction of the menu and in the design of Emek Brasserie, characteristics of the classic brasserie, originating in France, were combined with the tastes and the warm and homely local experience of Emek Hefer. When we opened our restaurant in 2011, no one believed she would be the pioneer to lead the wave of flourishing restaurants opening outside Tel Aviv.
