We serve a tasting menu that creates an intimate encounter between guests, chefs, farmers, and local producers, telling the story of the desert — a story of barren land and the rare raw ingredients born from it, transformed over an open flame. Ancient and modern; rustic and refined — we combine traditional cooking methods rooted in our region with contemporary techniques gathered from around the world by chefs Tal Ashkenazi and Omer Seltzer.
