Clos de Gat winery is located on the slopes of the Judean Hills, with its vineyards reaching toward the Ayalon Valley. Grapes have been grown on these gently rolling hills for thousands of years—an ancient winepress over 3,000 years old still sits on the winery grounds. A thin layer of soil over limestone and a unique microclimate come together to create ideal conditions for growing exceptional quality wine grapes.

As second generation children of immigrants from Eastern Europe, the land has a special meaning for us. That's why when an opportunity presented itself in the middle of life, we decided to leave the city, move to the village and plant a vineyard. First we focused on studying the soil and growing the grapes. We learned everywhere and from anyone who was willing to share his knowledge and experience with us. Faith in the path, passion for good wine, diligence and a strong desire to succeed led to the blossoming of a beautiful vineyard. In 2012 we decided to come full circle and establish a winery to produce quality boutique wines locally.

Ulu Winery is a local boutique winery, which produces its wines from the vineyards of the region, using production methods that rely on the renewed Israeli wine culture, alongside old traditions from the wine regions of the world: France, Italy and Spain. You are invited to enjoy a unique experience, with a breathtaking view, sipping quality wine in the clear air, with music and a unique and magical atmosphere. 2021 Vintage Wines, the winery's first vintage, will be ready for drinking soon!

Golan Basalt Winery - The secret lies in the soil. The first boutique winery in the Golan, and the fourth in the country, founded by Yoav Levy, the owner and winemaker. The winery is located in the center of the Golan, in Moshav Kidmat-Zvi. The winery is located in the heart of a grove of eucalyptus trees and near the grove is a spring of living water overlooking the Sea of ​​Galilee. The secret of the fine wines lies in the fertile and rich basalt soil, in the special climatic conditions of the region and in natural and meticulous production processes. The winery produces wine from noble grape varieties and from them produces a particularly high-quality and delicious wine. The winery produces a variety of wines and has a shop and a visitor center with a dairy restaurant for hospitality. As of today, the Golan Basalt Winery produces about 85,000 bottles per year. Alona Winery was established in 2001 by Ilana Rabau - Friedman and Micha Rabau, a couple of doctors, and by Fanny and Eli Azulai, second generation farmers for wine grape growers. All the processes of making the wine, from choosing the varieties, planting the vineyards and cultivating them, through the vintage, wine preparation to bottling is done by the families alone. The winery produces about 9000 bottles a year, and the wine production combines old and new world methods. The wine is aged for at least 12 months in French and American oak barrels and recently also the use of 2 500-liter barrels of Austrian oak. The wine is aged in both new and used barrels. In order to preserve the characteristics of the grapes and their complexity, the wine is bottled without shading processes after coarse filtration only. Alona Wines has won many awards in Israeli and international competitions and in 2007 the winery was chosen as the best small boutique winery in Israel.

Nachmani Winery is a family winery that was founded in 2003 and started as a home winery and became an established winery in Kibbutz Mehravia. We produce about 7,000 bottles a year alone, with each of them meticulously handcrafted and lovingly made. Like our bottles - so is the hospitality at our winery, done meticulously down to the smallest details and with great passion for the world of hospitality.
