The vineyards have 3 restaurants - in Moshav Segola, Beer Sheva and Rehovot. Since then, Karemi is considered one of the leading chef restaurants in Israel. Our mark of quality begins with growing the vegetables, in the greenhouses in Moshav Segola, the fields of olive trees used to produce our olive oil, the grape vineyards and the private confectionary of the vineyards. Cesar Cohen was the owner of the mythical cafe "CAFÉ DES AMI" in Tunisia and was known for his hospitality. His cafe was very communal and was a family reunion for all his guests. After about seventy-five years his grandson decided, Cohen and Itai Yogev tried to fulfill his grandfather's dream and reopen "Cesar" in Israel.
