Selas' Annual Bluefin Tuna Event
Chef Or Ginsberg and the Salas Group are pleased to invite you to our traditional tuna pilot celebration event. The event includes a giant tuna pilot fish display and an explanation of the fish and its various parts, tasting special parts directly from the fillet of the fish and a chef's dinner that includes at least 10 courses. The event in collaboration with Gin Roku, the Japanese gin consisting of 7 botanical spices, includes 3 types of cocktails specially brewed for the event and will accompany the meal. The experience is for two (it is not possible to order a single ticket). The feasibility of the event depends on the state of the sea and the availability of the fish. As mentioned, the menu will include at least 10 dishes and there may be changes (positive of course) according to the mood of the chef and the availability of raw materials.

Yaffo-Tel Aviv is an incredible worldview that brings with it one idea - a restaurant that loves to host, a restaurant that creates an experience of a journey that consists of precise food based on fresh, seasonal ingredients, high-end confectionery and a personal relationship that is naturally created between its guests and staff. The restaurant takes the classic food And the romantic towards the new culinary world and connecting them, combining authenticity, smells and nostalgic (perhaps even mythological) flavors with modern techniques, precision and connections, which is what makes it so special.

Since opening its doors in 2012, the Gazette has become a bustling, surprising and lively meeting place. Since the Gazette is located near Habima Square and sits on the street without a partition, the urban vibe fills the space decorated with multi-colored tiles. Instead, a wide selection of wines is served in glasses and food by chef Danny Topeld who has built a menu based on fresh and available ingredients. The unique atmosphere of the Gazette combines European chic with a Tel Aviv entertainment experience in the heart of urban bohemia. Oyster Club
Tel Aviv's new Oyster Club. The ultimate answer to the rapidly approaching Israeli summer awaits with lots of ice and champagne bubbles in an intimate-sexy bar on Nachalat Binyamin Street. | The Oyster Club offers a focused and invested experience inside, based on the sexy combination of oysters and bar pours that go hand in hand. Champagne, for example. The idea here is simple, and the execution is correspondingly simple - fresh oysters waiting to be shucked, fresh bread and soft butter, tall glasses with fine bubbles. All together, gently and elegantly, on the small bar, until the sun takes pity.

Dov
Bar "Dov" is a hidden gem in the heart of the Yemenite vineyard in Tel Aviv, a place with an intimate and cosmopolitan atmosphere, which invites its guests to a unique experience of wine, food and beautiful people. Already from the outside, a large and impressive painting of a bear adorns the bar, attracting the eye. The entire yeshiva takes place outside, in a magical alley that is a pedestrian street, which adds to the feeling of an open bar in the atmosphere of a real Tel Aviv neighborhood. The highlight of "Dov" is the wines - a careful selection of wines from selected wineries in Israel and around the world, carefully selected to offer a rich, varied and precise drinking experience. The location in the heart of the Yemenite vineyard adds another layer of charm - the narrow streets, and the authentic atmosphere create a feeling of a hidden and special place. "Dov" is the place for those looking for an open bar experience, under the sky, with fine wine, precise food and an irreplaceable atmosphere.
