This is the story of four childhood friends from Jerusalem who, at a young age, decided to join forces and bring to life their uncompromising love for Jerusalem’s nightlife and culinary scene. Thus, their first restaurant, Miss & Mr, was born — a creation driven by a deep passion for an unconventional, luxurious, and rare culinary experience. But this was only the beginning. During the month of June, chef Eder Lotan will host a series of culinary summer meetings, in which chefs Rafael Ben Oliel, Barak Hasson (Hotel Montefiore) and Raz Rahab (OCD) will take part. Three one-off evenings of joint creation where each meeting will be structured as a 10-12 course tasting meal, which will bring to light the creative meeting point between the content worlds of the guest chefs and Lotan's world, alongside a special cocktail menu.
