During the month of August, Mashya Restaurant and Chef Gil Dahan invite you to a “Roots” journey – a celebration of Israeli agriculture and the growers who cultivate the land. We will go out to the farms and fields to meet the farmers, hear their stories and bring them to your plate. On August 11-12, we will host two evenings of delicious meals, each dish telling the story of a farmer or tradition. Throughout the month, enjoy a special “Roots” menu featuring dishes that celebrate Mashya’s connection to the land. This is our opportunity to honor farmers from across the country and experience a unique culinary experience.

For many of us, the month of August, the peak of summer, symbolizes the time to go on vacation and seek new experiences overseas. However, this year, in the midst of a tense summer, everything looks a little different and many of us stayed in Israel and were left with a feeling of longing for flavors and aromas from distant countries. Between August 18-20, Taizo "opens the sky" with a special menu by chef Yuval Ben-Naria that combines new dishes alongside familiar and beloved classics from the cuisines of India, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. And what do you drink? The sparkling water brand San Pellegrino will accompany the meals and enhance the flavors and eating experience. And in the wine sector, we will get to know Cloudy Bay. The famous winery from New Zealand that put the distant continent on the world wine map. We invite you to join us on the journey.
On the ground floor of De Facto you can enjoy a cocktail bar in the evening with a menu of shared dishes, drinks, special cocktails and plenty of wines 🍸 Ziv Edelstein, who is in charge of building the alcohol menu at the place, combines a variety of innovative and ancient techniques and brings our world of alcohol to the most special places. Chef Chai Tzarum is responsible for the dishes alongside the drinks in collaboration with the group's chef Kafir Yanin.
