In the construction of the menu and in the design of Emek Brasserie, characteristics of the classic brasserie, originating in France, were combined with the tastes and the warm and homely local experience of Emek Hefer. When we opened our restaurant in 2011, no one believed she would be the pioneer to lead the wave of flourishing restaurants opening outside Tel Aviv. The restaurant that has become a thing of the past sits beautifully and proudly on the highest hill in Moshav Bnei Zion and overlooks the views of the Sharon. At its foot are scattered vines, an olive grove and plenty of vegetable and fruit crops just waiting to reach you on a plate. As soon as you approach the old water tower and gather at its door, you will be enveloped in the pleasant, yet meticulous rural atmosphere, the design of which can not be ignored and our charming staff will receive you with a smile.
