Emek brasserie
In the construction of the menu and in the design of Emek Brasserie, characteristics of the classic brasserie, originating in France, were combined with the tastes and the warm and homely local experience of Emek Hefer. Chef Ido Feiner and his partners Raz Almog and Oren Magids, all three residents of the Valley, serve a wide menu based mostly on raw materials from producers and growers in the vicinity of the restaurant, including starters, pita breads and breads baked on site, pastas, fish and meat, and allows you to enjoy a family meal, an evening with Friends or a strict double date.
