Our story began with the construction of the place. The architect chosen to design the place is Yuval Eliyahu. During the meetings, he says that in order for us to go to Istanbul and experience the restaurants in the city and also meet with an importer of equipment for restaurants, and so we did, we traveled, we walked the streets of Istanbul, we ate and enjoyed ourselves, and we also bought all the equipment needed to open a restaurant In those days we fell in love with Turkish food in the hospitality experience but it took us a while to realize that this is what we want to give to our guests.
