Onyx is a chef's restaurant that offers a modern Mediterranean menu, local cuisine with fresh fish and seafood and selected and aged meats. The atmosphere and stylish design is reminiscent of the restaurants in New York. Chef Johnny Goric, a graduate of high culinary schools in France, who has cooked for world leaders, kings and presidents, is responsible for the meticulous dishes.
