The restaurant is located in Ein Rafa (10 km from the city of Jerusalem) and offers real and authentic Arabic food that pays respect to the local ingredients and the culinary roots of the village and the entire region and offers a seasonal and delicious experience - from the farm to the plate. The meaning of the name "Rashta" is a traditional lentil and noodle dish on which the restaurant's chef, Renam Barhum, grew up, and he prepares the updated menu and the dishes in it inspired by the local produce and with love for the agricultural fields that surround the restaurant.

Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grossi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), After a year, Hilik Sharabi ("The Workshop") and Eran Avishi (M.F.A. Department of Photography at Bezalel) joined.
