Nachmani Winery is a family winery that was founded in 2003 and started as a home winery and became an established winery in Kibbutz Mehravia. We produce about 7,000 bottles a year alone, with each of them meticulously handcrafted and lovingly made. Ophir Farm is a boutique winery, vineyard, and apiary. From beekeeping to farming to fermentation at the boutique winery, our story begins with beekeeping. We look forward to welcoming you to our visitor center, built from a unique wooden hut from the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by a eucalyptus grove, in front of the vineyard. If you arrive, we will be happy to tell you the story of the family and the farm and we will be able to offer you the variety of experiences we offer - a guided tour of the farm and winery, a couple's experience of cheese and wine tastings and a picnic package that you can collect and continue hiking. In addition to tasting our nine kinds of honey, we also sell wine and honey from the farm. We do not reserve seats in advance. Seats with us are under the shade of the eucalyptus or on the balcony of the cabin, based on availability. We will meet the Ophir family.
