They're experts in smokehouse techniques, grilling, and mastering live-fire cooking for food preparation. Looking for a menu? Well, we don't have one. Instead, the pitmaster crafts an extraordinary meal comprising 7 dishes, each accompanied by an explanation of its preparation method. You'll enjoy unlimited beer, red wine, and soda, followed by dessert, tea, and coffee to round off your dining experience. The show lasts approximately two and a half hours and is enhanced with lively music. Our seating is communal, akin to a knight's table. To join us, reservations are required in advance.
