Like any chain, we started small. We opened our first branch in Jerusalem, somewhere in 2004, with the aim of bringing fast and kosher Asian cuisine to the fore. Today, with 16 branches across the country and more new restaurants on the way, we can say that we are on the right track. Nice to meet - JAPAN JAPAN - Wok and Sushi. A kosher restaurant chain based on the purity of the Asian menu - Japanese-Chinese-Thai - with influences from other cuisines from the Far East. More than 80 dishes that pay homage to the source, from the most expensive and high-quality raw materials specially imported and prepared on site, from the noodles to the special sauces. We're a banquet-style restaurant specializing in smoked meats Each evening, a different pitmaster hosts your dining experience. What's a pitmaster, you ask? They're experts in smokehouse techniques, grilling, and mastering live-fire cooking for food preparation. Looking for a menu? Well, we don't have one. Instead, the pitmaster crafts an extraordinary meal comprising 7 dishes, each accompanied by an explanation of its preparation method.
