This is the story of four childhood friends from Jerusalem who, at a young age, decided to join forces and bring to life their uncompromising love for Jerusalem’s nightlife and culinary scene. Thus, their first restaurant, Miss & Mr, was born — a creation driven by a deep passion for an unconventional, luxurious, and rare culinary experience. But this was only the beginning. Aspiring for more, they went on to create the chef restaurant ALALI in Tel Aviv — a culinary masterpiece where every detail is carefully selected with unique attention. From the very moment of entry, guests are drawn into a world of refinement and luxury, featuring meticulously chosen Mediterranean flavors alongside encounters with aromas and cultures from around the globe. During the month of June, chef Eder Lotan will host a series of culinary summer meetings, in which chefs Rafael Ben Oliel, Barak Hasson (Hotel Montefiore) and Raz Rahab (OCD) will take part. Three one-off evenings of joint creation where each meeting will be structured as a 10-12 course tasting meal, which will bring to light the creative meeting point between the content worlds of the guest chefs and Lotan's world, alongside a special cocktail menu.

De Facto is a chef's restaurant that combines culinary, mixology and nightlife. In the early evening hours, the place offers a wide menu that is suitable for early entertainment and as the evening progresses the volume increases, the lights decrease and the DJ takes over.

During the month of June, wine evenings with prominent importers will be held at Gaijin. On June 8, an evening with "Burgundy Crown" will be held, serving champagnes and classic wines, and on June 14, wine importer "Shaked" will be hosting wines from international wineries.

Each space specializes in its field, a seasonal food bar overseen by Alon Peled and Aviv Cohen, a colorful cocktail bar run by Yuval Sofer and Dan Kreitzer, and on the top floor a stylish wine bar run by Shmulik Koltan and Yonatan Rotenberg, with a private balcony overlooking the Binyamin estate, which is closed to vehicle traffic every evening.
