Reshta Restaurant
Between the mountains of Jerusalem and green fields, in front of a breathtaking view, lies Chef Rashta's restaurant. The restaurant is located in Ein Rafa (10 km from the city of Jerusalem) and offers real and authentic Arabic food that pays respect to the local ingredients and the culinary roots of the village and the entire region and offers a seasonal and delicious experience - from the farm to the plate. The meaning of the name "Rashta" is a traditional lentil and noodle dish on which the restaurant's chef, Renam Barhum, grew up, and he prepares the updated menu and the dishes in it inspired by the local produce and with love for the agricultural fields that surround the restaurant.

Like "Machaniuda", "Yodla" and "Tzemach" it is also located near the Mahane Yehuda market, but unlike them it brings something a little different - intimate, personal and mature, which creates a wonderful atmosphere for a romantic date or a conversation over a careful cocktail and wonderful food. As befits the Machaniuda group, she also lets loose and raises the volume as the night goes on. The Palm restaurant has an open kitchen and those sitting opposite at the bar enjoy an extraordinary culinary experience, so the chef is the host and an even more personal hospitality experience.
