Regina

Regina Restaurant is housed in a breathtaking 19th-century Mediterranean architectural structure. A wall and an iron gate surround the courtyard adorned with vegetation and flowers, surrounded by rooms paved with terrazzo floor painted in the spirit of the period, authentic doors and shutters, chandeliers (chandeliers) and "old-fashioned" items. At the back of the house is a magical garden, terrace and grass - which are a magical and quiet corner in the heart of the large volume and the station complex which is in the heart of the volume. Regina's cuisine and menu also maintain an authenticity that reflects the spirit of the period. The menu consists of the best dishes and dishes of the various Israeli communities. The inspiration for the menu stems from the nostalgic location of the station complex where the immigrants would arrive by train, and brought with them the various recipes that together created the Jewish / Israeli cuisine we know today, and as a tradition we also adhere to kosher cuisine

Samarkand

Samarkand is the first restaurant in the country to introduce Bukharian hospitality to the Israeli public. Samarkand was founded in 1995 by the father of the family, Eliyahu Pozilev. The secrets of Uzbek cuisine have passed from father to son to grandson, and to this day are cooked in Samarkand using the traditional methods and manage to preserve a celebration of wonderful flavors that are hard to describe until you taste. From the moment you enter the restaurant you will encounter a pleasant and welcoming staff. You will get an explanation of all the types of meats, dumplings, soups or pastries that are on the rich menu. You will receive a variety of tasting sized dishes, until the main dish is generously served to your table. We have the option of closing events by prior arrangement, in the side hall or in the large hall that holds up to 80 people and always with a relaxed and free feeling.

About Us

Flame tlv

Coal, coal smoke and open fire are our most powerful tools - we use only the natural heat of fire and hissing coals. Flame's cuisine consists of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients - therefore it is subject to changes according to the seasons, alongside locally grown meats from select herds of Holstein cows, which are paced and treated in the aging room. It is an exciting, exciting and innovative cuisine - at the same time as being old, primitive and wild. The moment when humans took control of fire, is the moment we became who we are today - fire is also the tribal fire around which we gather and was and always will be - the most exciting taste our palate will encounter.
